entire manufacturing process is coordinated by a computer-assisted
production management system (CAPM) with input of the various
manufacturing operations from the workshop. This enables us to
confirm your orders with a scheduled delivery date.
Eventually, each customer will be able to retrieve personalized
data on our web site (via a password-protected access).

Our production tools and methods
The
ground floor of the workshop occupies 1,500 sq.m., where all passementerie
techniques are used.
• Jacquard weaving with traditional 1 to 16-braid looms enabling
order processing according to quantities
• Jacquard looms with 1, 2 , 3 or 4 shuttles depending on the
complexity of articles
• Shuttleless looms
• Crochet machine
• Braiders
• Covering machines
• Cording and sewing machines
• Bullion fringe loom
• Rope-work
Articles are made from a variety of dyed yarns in viscose, cotton,
linen, wool, jute or silk, being in all nearly 1,200 choices. |
